Pyrex refrigerator dishes are generally known for their durability due to the use of tempered glass. Vintage Pyrex was often made from borosilicate glass, which offers higher resistance to thermal shock compared to the soda-lime glass used in some newer Pyrex products. They are Dishwasher, Oven and Microwave safe. Though the LID should not be used in the Oven or Microwave.
